It is reported that the accident occurred on February 22 in the territory of Konimex district, on the "Navoi-Zarafshon-Uchquduq" highway. The driver of a Nexia attempted to overtake a car moving in the same direction. However, failing to do so, they collided with an oncoming truck.
It is said that the Nexia's speed exceeded the established limit. As a result of the accident, 2 people died at the scene, and another 2 died in the hospital.
Currently, a criminal case has been initiated regarding the incident, and investigative actions are being carried out.
