Measures have been taken against 23 pharmacies in Uzbekistan that grossly violated licensing requirements.
The addresses and employees of pharmacies and their branches whose licenses have been revoked have been included in a special register.

The licenses of 23 pharmacies in Uzbekistan that grossly violated license requirements and conditions have been revoked. This was reported by the Center for Pharmaceutical Product Safety.
According to the Department of Pharmaceutical Activity Licensing and Pharmaceutical Inspection, during the first quarter of 2026, it was found that a number of business entities violated license requirements, and appropriate measures were taken against them.
It is noted that storing and/or selling medicines and medical devices without conformity certificates, as well as selling medicines that are not registered in Uzbekistan, unmarked, of poor quality, or falsified, entails strict liability in accordance with the law.
The pharmacies whose licenses were revoked are listed below by region:
Andijan region:

Furthermore, the licensing authority has included the addresses and employees of the pharmacies and their branches whose licenses were revoked due to violations of legislative requirements in a special register.
The officials stated that control work in this direction will continue, the practice of taking measures against entities where violations are identified will be intensified, and the lists will be published openly.
