Netanyahu announced that he has recovered from cancer.
He had a pacemaker implanted in 2023, underwent surgery related to a hernia in 2024, and was treated for inflammation of the small intestinal mucosa last year.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has announced that he has recovered from cancer detected at an early stage. Point.md reported this.
According to him, a prostate adenoma was detected in late 2024, for which he underwent surgery. However, Netanyahu noted that subsequent examinations also revealed a malignant tumor at an early stage.
"I chose a course of targeted treatment that eliminated the problem without a trace," wrote the 76-year-old politician on social media.
He did not provide specific details about when and how the treatment was carried out, but stated that he now feels healthy.
Der Spiegel reports that Netanyahu has been hospitalized several times before due to health issues. In particular, he had a pacemaker implanted in the summer of 2023, underwent surgery related to a hernia in 2024, and was treated for enteritis—inflammation of the small intestine lining—last year.
