Humoyun Sameh Najafabadiy, a representative of the Iranian Jewish community, announced his support for the leadership under the country's Supreme Leader, Mujtaba Khamenei. Al Mayadeen reports on this.
His statement was delivered at a mass gathering against US and Israeli policies. The speech emphasized that Iranian Jews are an integral part of society and expressed a positive stance toward the country's leadership.
He also highlighted the importance of unity between the people and the armed forces, highly praising the "firm resistance" demonstrated by Iranians against pressures.
"Let us always witness the victory of our beloved Iran and together celebrate the approaching triumph — this is the fruit of our steadfastness and solidarity," he concluded.
According to reports, during the military actions against Iran in recent weeks, one of the Jewish places of worship in Tehran — the Rafi Nia Synagogue — was damaged.
Regarding this incident, Humoyun Sameh Najafabadiy had previously issued a statement, strongly condemning the strikes and noting that religious sites had been targeted.
He emphasized that such incidents affect not only Muslims but also other religious communities.
