According to the report, on May 5, 2026, at approximately 09:05, a traffic accident occurred on the 8–9 kilometer stretch of the local road 85V-043, passing through the "Yangi hayot" neighborhood in the Nurota district of the Navoiy region.
Preliminary information indicates that G.Q., born in 1992, was driving a "Matiz" car without proper documents. Due to inexperience and distraction, he lost control of the steering. As a result, the car veered to the left side of the road and overturned.
As a result of the incident, the driver died in the hospital despite receiving medical treatment. The 14 minor passengers in the car were hospitalized with injuries of varying severity.
During the investigation, it was determined that the driver, G.Q., was operating as the head of a private family preschool educational organization. It was also noted that the minors were transported in the passenger car in violation of established regulations.
