A fire broke out in shops and a warehouse in the Uchquduq district of Navoiy region. The regional Emergency Situations Department reported this.

 

According to reports, on June 16 at 18:35, a notification was received that shops selling food and construction materials, as well as a warehouse belonging to "El Baraka Ul Haq" LLC and "Lider Bazar" YTT, located in the "Mustaqillik" neighborhood of the district, were on fire.

 

Firefighting crews arrived at the scene at 18:38 and contained the flames by 19:06. A total of six firefighting crews from the Uchquduq District Emergency Situations Department, NKMK JSC, and "Navoiyuran" DK were involved in extinguishing the incident. The fire was completely extinguished at 20:05.

 

As a result of the incident, approximately 300 square meters of the shops selling construction and trade goods were damaged by fire. At the same time, 2,000 square meters of the commercial facilities were saved from the fire.

 

According to preliminary information, there were no casualties as a result of the fire.
