Citizens with medical conditions that prevent them from wearing a seatbelt can now obtain a medical certificate online here.

 

It is reported that through this service, citizens can download the certificate electronically without revisiting the clinic, waiting in queues, or using paper documents.

 

This service is intended for citizens diagnosed with a medical condition that prevents them from wearing a seatbelt while driving a vehicle.

 

To obtain the certificate, the user must log into the my.gov.uz portal or its mobile app, select the relevant service in the "Certificates" section, and download the document.

 

To use the service, the citizen must have previously undergone a medical examination at a healthcare facility. Once the medical conclusion is entered into the electronic database, the certificate is automatically generated on the portal.

 

The validity period of the certificate is determined by the period specified in the medical conclusion. The service is provided free of charge and requires no additional documents.

 

We remind you that the list of diseases for which wearing a seatbelt is permitted has been approved. The list includes injuries, severe cardiopulmonary diseases, and physical conditions, as published.
