Uzbekistan will host the prestigious 58th International Chemistry Olympiad (IChO) for the first time in its history. The competition will be held in Tashkent from July 10 to 19, 2026.

 

According to reports, the Olympiad is expected to bring together the most talented school students from over 90 countries around the world. Participants will test their knowledge, logical thinking, and scientific preparation in both theoretical and practical areas.

 

It is noted that holding this Olympiad in Uzbekistan will not only showcase the country's prestige on the international scientific stage but also serve to support talented youth and further develop international cooperation in the field of science.
