In Uzbekistan, the acceptance of documents for admission to master's degree programs at state higher education institutions for the 2026/2027 academic year has begun.
According to the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation, documents will be accepted online from July 1 to July 30 via the ministry's my.edu.uz platform.
To participate in the selection process for master's degree programs, applicants must possess a certificate of proficiency in a national or international foreign language at the appropriate level.
When submitting documents, a bachelor's degree diploma and a foreign language proficiency certificate are required. The list of foreign language certificates required for admission to master's programs, broken down by specialization, can be found via this link.
At the same time, certain categories of applicants are exempt from providing a foreign language certificate. These include holders of Presidential and state-named scholarships, winners of state awards, winners of republican science olympiads, individuals with visual, hearing, or speech impairments, and graduates who completed their bachelor's degree in a foreign language.
