The first International Islamic Civilization Forum will be held in Uzbekistan.

Around 300 foreign guests from more than 50 countries are expected to participate in the forum.

The first International Islamic Civilization Forum will be held in Uzbekistan.

The 1st International Forum on Islamic Civilization will take place on July 7–11, 2026, in the cities of Tashkent, Samarkand, and Termez. In connection with this, a briefing titled "The Path of Peace, Tolerance, and Enlightenment" dedicated to the forum was organized at the Center for Islamic Civilization in Uzbekistan.

 

 

During the briefing, detailed information about the forum program, which will take place on July 7–11 in Tashkent, Samarkand, and Termez, was provided to media representatives.

 

 

It was reported that the forum is being organized in cooperation with the Center for Islamic Civilization in Uzbekistan, the Committee on Religious Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the International Research Centers of Imam Maturidi, Imam Bukhari, and Imam Termizi, the Muslim Board of Uzbekistan, the International Islamic Academy of Uzbekistan, and the Islamic World Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ICESCO).

 

 

Approximately 300 foreign guests from over 50 countries are expected to participate in the forum. Among them are statesmen and public figures, ministers, muftis, academics, renowned Islamic scholars, manuscript experts, heads of museums and libraries, representatives of influential international organizations, and media representatives. This indicates that the forum is expected to become a platform for international dialogue and academic cooperation.

 

 

It was noted that the 1st International Forum on Islamic Civilization is expected to serve as an important international platform for widely promoting the ideas of peace, tolerance, and enlightenment, as well as once again showcasing Uzbekistan's rich scientific and spiritual heritage to the international community.
