Requirements for bank financial recovery plans have been established.
Banks will now develop plans aimed at restoring their operations in the event of financial difficulties, based on established requirements.

The requirements for banks' financial recovery plans, as well as the procedure for submitting and evaluating them to the Central Bank, have been established.
The departmental document on requirements for banks' financial recovery plans was registered by the Ministry of Justice. The document was registered on August 13, 2026, under number 3924.
According to it, the bank's financial recovery plan is approved by the bank's supervisory board. The bank's internal audit service independently assesses the development, updating, and implementation of this plan at least once a year.
The recovery plan includes the following areas:
— information on plan management;
— strategic analysis;
— recovery indicators;
— recovery measures;
— recovery scenarios;
— procedure for communication within the framework of the plan;
— measures for preparing to implement the plan.
The bank must update the recovery plan annually. Additionally, the document is revised in the event of significant changes in the bank's organizational structure, activities, or financial condition that may affect the plan.
This document enters into force three months after the date of its official publication.
