A $10 million reward has been promised in Iran for killing Trump's son.

Iran's state television aired a three-minute segment about US President Donald Trump's 20-year-old son, Barron Trump. In it, a $10 million reward was promised for killing Barron. Bild reported on this.

The video aired on "Channel 3" showed locations said to be where Barron Trump might be, including his estimated addresses. It also recreated his route to a university in Washington.

The segment noted that US Secret Service agents guard Barron around the clock and that some agents are disguised as students at his university.

However, a large portion of the footage in the video consists of staged material created with the help of artificial intelligence. The segment presented no credible evidence confirming claims of an assassination plot being prepared against Barron Trump.

Israeli media outlets that reported on this segment also noted that its statements do not confirm the existence of a real threat to Barron Trump.

Iranian state media have previously aired materials related to threats against members of the Trump family. In particular, a similar segment was previously dedicated to US First Lady Melania Trump, providing information about places she typically visits.
