An unexpected adventure at Kamchik Pass: 17 people who lost their way were assisted

In the Ohangaron district of Tashkent region, practical assistance was provided to 17 citizens who went to a mountainous area for recreation and got lost.

 

On September 12 at 21:27, a report was received through the "112" system to the "Qamchiq" Special Rescue Directorate about citizens getting lost in a mountainous area.

 

According to information, they were at the 107th kilometer of the "Tashkent–Osh" highway in the "Vodiy–Tashkent" direction, in the "Chinor" QFY area.

 

After the report, search and rescue units were involved at the scene. During search operations, rescuers found 17 citizens on mountain slopes and brought them down to a safe area.

 

The citizens were delivered to their places of residence safe and sound. No one was injured as a result of the incident.
