7 conditions for opening the Strait of Hormuz: Iran awaits a response from the US

Iran presented seven conditions to the US regarding the opening of the Strait of Hormuz. Tehran stated that the strait will remain closed until these demands are met. This was reported by Media.az, citing the Tasnim agency reported.
According to the source, Iran conveyed seven conditions to the US side through intermediaries for the opening of the Strait of Hormuz. These conditions were approved by Iran's high-ranking officials.
«Until these seven conditions are fulfilled, the Strait of Hormuz will remain closed. Therefore, the agreement between Iran and Oman does not signify the opening of the strait,» the source said.
According to him, the opening of the Strait of Hormuz fully depends on Washington's subsequent actions.
