The state visit of the President of Uzbekistan to the Republic of Korea has concluded
At the airport, the President and his wife were seen off by the Minister of Internal Affairs and Safety of the Republic of Korea, Yun Ho Chjun, and other officials.

The state visit of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev to the Republic of Korea, with its eventful program, has come to an end.

During the narrow-format and expanded-format talks held in Seoul with the President of the Republic of Korea Lee Jae Myung, issues of further strengthening the special strategic partnership were discussed.
Meetings were also held with the Speaker of the National Assembly Cho Jeong Sik and Prime Minister Han Seong Sook, as well as with the heads of Korea's leading companies and financial institutions.

Within the framework of the Uzbekistan – Korea business forum, joint projects were launched and construction began, and a substantial package of agreements was signed.
The head of state participated in the first "Central Asia – Republic of Korea" summit and put forward initiatives in five strategic areas of cooperation.

The President of Uzbekistan also spoke at the first business summit in this format. Within the framework of the visit, meetings were held with Uzbeks living in Korea.
After the events concluded, the President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev and his spouse were seen off at the airport by the Minister of Internal Affairs and Safety of the Republic of Korea Yun Ho Chjun and other officials.
The head of state departed for Tashkent.
