World Cleanup Day: Plogging campaign to be held in Uzbekistan
The promotion will take place in all regions on September 19.
On September 19 at 11:00, a mass plogging eco-action called "Make room for life!" will be held in all regions of Uzbekistan.
The event is being organized by the Waste Management and Circular Economy Development Agency in connection with "World Cleanup Day-2026" — World Cleanup Day.
During the action, it is planned to unite the public, media, government agencies, and private business entities to clean territories of waste.
The eco-action will be held across our republic at the following addresses:
1. Republic of Karakalpakstan - Nukus city, "Xalqlar doʻstligi" MFY along Doʻstlik canal;
2. Andijan region - Andijan district, Bobur city, Yangi Andijon massif;
3. Bukhara region - Bukhara region, Somoniylar garden "Havzi Nav" MFY;
4. Jizzakh region - Sharof Rashidov district, the beginning of the Jizzakh-Dashtobod direction of the M-39 highway in "Gʻozgʻontepa" MFY;
5. Kashkadarya region - Koʻk dala district, Qoʻngʻirot mountain massif;
6. Navoiy region - Navoiy city, Alisher Navoiy recreation park "Humo" MFY;
7. Namangan region - Namangan city, Z.Bobur culture and recreation park;
8. Samarkand region - Samarkand city, Toshkent street, "Afrosiyob" MFY;
9. Sirdaryo region – Guliston city, "Boʻston" MFY;
10. Surxondaryo region - Termiz city, "Amu-sohil" resort, "Guliston" MFY;
11. Tashkent region - Bo'stonliq district, "Chimgan" MFY;
12. Tashkent city - Yakkasaroy district, "Yunus Rajabiy" MFY Sharshara street;
13. Fergana region - Fergana city, Sakkokiy street 3, "YANGIARIQ" MFY;
14. Khorezm region - Urganch city, Pahlavon Mahmud street "Navbahor" MFY.
