"Teacher of the Year" competition: Educator from Karakalpakstan wins $50,000 prize
208 teachers across the republic, including 17 from Karakalpakstan, were declared winners of this competition.
Nigora Allambergenova, a teacher at School No. 2 in Qonliko'l district, stated that as a result of the opportunities being created, she has now won the "Teacher of the Year" competition and was awarded 50 thousand dollars. This was announced during President Shavkat Mirziyoyev's visit to Karakalpakstan.
As a point of information, 208 teachers across the Republic, and 17 teachers from Karakalpakstan, were declared winners in this competition.
The pedagogue also noted that School No. 1 in Qonliko'l district, which had been operating in a technical college building since 2019, was rebuilt this year by the President's directive.
