US aid to Kyiv has sharply decreased.
It has shrunk from billions of dollars to hundreds of millions of dollars.

According to a report submitted to Congress by auditors from the Pentagon, the State Department, and USAID, the U.S. aid allocated to Kyiv has decreased from billions of dollars to hundreds of millions of dollars.
"Only $3.92 billion for the 2025 fiscal year and approximately $220 million for the 2026 fiscal year have been approved for Ukraine," states the report by the inspectors general of these agencies.
It is noted that an agreement was reached in April 2024 to allocate $60.8 billion, but no new funds of a significant amount have been allocated since then.
The report also mentions that since the start of the war, Congress has approved a total of $187.8 billion in U.S. aid to Kyiv, of which $64.5 billion has not yet been utilized.
