In the Sharof Rashidov district of Jizzakh region, a citizen gave a loan to another citizen and parted with his car. The MIA press service informed Zamon.uz about this.
According to the report, based on a civil court decision, a writ of execution to direct the credit debt of debtor A.I. in favor of the bank towards a "KIA K5" model car was received for processing by the Sharof Rashidov district department of the Compulsory Enforcement Bureau.
During the compulsory enforcement actions, the "KIA K5" model car belonging to the debtor was identified while moving within the district territory and placed in a penalty parking lot.
Subsequently, it is planned to sell the car through auction sales and cover the existing credit debt from the received funds.
According to the debtor, the car was registered in his name, but in practice, another person took the loan and defaulted on the payments.
