Zelensky: Putin has already started World War III

The President of Ukraine noted that how much territory Russia can capture and how to stop Putin is one of the key issues.

According to Zelenskyy, Trump may not be a reliable partner. This is because he will not remain president forever. For Ukraine, the reliability of the security guarantees provided by America depends on the U.S. Congress.

"I am not a dictator and I did not start this war. Victory is about returning Ukrainians to a normal life and stopping people from being killed, eliminating the global threat created by Putin. We will regain our territories, but doing so now could cost the lives of millions of people," he said.

The President added that having sufficient weapons in Ukraine depends on its partners, and stated that returning to the 1991 borders would mean justice is served and would define Ukraine's victory.
