The Mexican government wants to sue Elon Musk.
This is because the billionaire criticized the Mexican president.

The Mexican government is considering legal action against American billionaire Elon Musk following his accusations against President Claudia Sheinbaum. The Mexican leader announced this during her morning press conference.
It all started when Musk accused Sheinbaum on a social network of being linked to drug cartels. Musk commented on an old video of the president, criticizing her as a person "repeating what her cartel bosses say." However, he did not provide any concrete evidence for this claim.
Sheinbaum called the accusation "baseless and foolish" and stated that government lawyers are currently thoroughly examining a possible lawsuit.
"We are considering the possibility of taking this to court. Our legal experts are working on it right now," Sheinbaum said at the press conference.
The president once again defended her position on security policy and the fight against drug cartels in Mexico, emphasizing that the accusations must be investigated through the independent judicial system.
