The "Income-Generating Woman" program is launching in Uzbekistan.

Through this program, 50,000 women will be provided employment in the fields of handicrafts, craftsmanship, poultry farming, beekeeping, and horticulture with the assistance of leading entrepreneurs.

The "Income-Generating Woman" program is launching in Uzbekistan.

It is planned to train 166 thousand women in modern professions and entrepreneurship fields, and another 100 thousand in information technology. This was announced at a festive event held at the Kuksaroy residence on the occasion of International Women's Day.

 

Through the "Income-Generating Woman" program, 50 thousand women will be provided employment in the fields of handicrafts, craftsmanship, poultry farming, beekeeping, and horticulture with the help of leading entrepreneurs, so that women can establish entrepreneurial activities in their own homes.

 

In addition, within the framework of the "Hamroh" program, a total of 1 trillion soums is expected to be allocated to 3 thousand projects of women.

 

Furthermore, it was announced that the goal for this year is to make 1.5 million women income-generating, of which 400 thousand are to be attracted to business, and over 25 trillion soums in resources have been allocated for these goals.
