An Uzbek citizen died in an accident at a factory in South Korea.
It was reported that the worker was hit by a forklift.

A 50-year-old citizen of Uzbekistan died as a result of an accident at one of the metallurgical plants located in Seosan City, South Korea.
The Yonhap News Agency reported on this, citing local law enforcement agencies.
It is reported that the incident occurred on the evening of March 8. A worker at the plant site was hit by a forklift. Despite being rushed to the hospital, the victim died.
Police are currently investigating the cause of the incident. According to preliminary assumptions, the forklift driver may have failed to notice the worker while moving within the enterprise's territory.
It is noted that more than five workers are active at this steel plant. Therefore, the incident is being considered within the framework of South Korea's Serious Industrial Accidents Act.
Based on this law, a detailed investigation is expected to be conducted regarding whether occupational safety requirements were observed at the enterprise and the responsibility of the company's management.
