A water supply employee was beaten by citizens in Fergana.

An employee of the water supply branch in Uzbekistan district of Fergana region was beaten by citizens. This was reported by the information service of "Fergana Water Supply" JSC.

 

According to the report, yesterday, on March 9, an inspector of the district water supply branch and the head of the clients' department, who were performing their official duties in the Uzbekistan district of the region, were beaten by some citizens, and their service vehicle was also damaged. 

 

Medical assistance was immediately provided to the injured employee, and the district internal affairs department was informed about this incident.

 

Currently, law enforcement agencies are conducting an investigation into this incident in accordance with the established procedure.
