Due to the cooling weather in Uzbekistan, methane refueling operations will be restricted again.
Starting from 16:00 on Tuesday, March 10, temporary restrictions will be imposed on the operation of methane filling stations in the Republic.

Due to the drop in air temperature in Uzbekistan, temporary restrictions on methane refueling stations will be introduced starting from 16:00 on March 10. The Ministry of Energy reported this.
It is reported that the influx of cold and humid air masses into the country's territories has led to an increased demand for natural gas. Consequently, a decrease in pressure in the main gas pipelines is being observed.
"Under such conditions, ensuring the uninterrupted supply of natural gas to residential households and social sector facilities is considered a priority task. In this regard, temporary restrictions on the operation of methane refueling stations in the Republic will be introduced starting from 16:00 on Tuesday, March 10," the ministry's report states.
The Ministry of Energy emphasized that these measures are being implemented primarily to ensure a stable gas supply to the population and social sector facilities.
At the same time, the report noted that gas supply for social sector facilities and public transport vehicles will continue without restrictions and in a stable manner.
