An FVB employee was caught while returning a bribe he had taken in Tashkent.

It has been revealed that an inspector from the Prevention Department of the Yunusobod District Division of the Main Department of Emergency Situations in Tashkent city received 6.5 million soums from the head of a private company. This was reported to Zamon.uz by the State Security Service.

 

It is reported that the inspector promised to provide a positive conclusion regarding the fire safety condition of a private clinic in the Olmazor district through his authorized colleagues, but later failed to fulfill his promise under various pretexts.

 

After citizens demanded the return of the money, an urgent operation was carried out in cooperation with the State Security Service and the Prosecutor's Office. The inspector was caught red-handed while returning the money he had previously received.

 

A criminal case has now been initiated against him, and the preventive measure of "detention" has been applied. Investigative proceedings are ongoing.
