Today all employees can leave work one hour early.
Additional pay or rest days are established for employees who work continuously during holidays or in special types of work.

According to Article 187 of the Labor Code, the work shift on the eve of holidays is shortened by at least 1 hour for all employees.
Accordingly, March 20th is designated as a day off for Eid al-Fitr. This means that on March 19th, all employees legally have the right to shorten their working hours by 1 hour and leave home earlier.
We remind you that for organizations with continuous operations and certain types of work where the work shift cannot be shortened on the day before the holiday, compensation for overtime is provided to the employee by granting additional rest time or, with the employee's consent, through payment at the established rate for work outside of working hours.
