A delegation from Turkey's Hatay province visited Urgench city.
The population of Hatay province visited Uzbekistan at the invitation of Shavkat Mirziyoyev.
Representatives of Turkey's Hatay province, who are visiting Uzbekistan, will participate in the Navruz celebrations at Urgench State Pedagogical Institute. This was reported by the Tourism Committee of Uzbekistan.
It is reported that the Turkish representatives were welcomed today at Urgench International Airport.
"The guests will participate in the Navruz celebrations at Urgench State Pedagogical Institute. In the second half of the day, they will visit the 'Arda Khiva' international tourism complex and the historical monuments of Ichan-Kala," the report states.
During his official visit to Turkey in January of this year, President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev invited our Turkish brothers, particularly representatives of the population of Hatay, to visit our country and the Navruz holiday at the opening ceremony of the "Uzbekistan" residential complex in the Arsuz district of Hatay province.
Within the framework of this initiative, a 5-day travel program along the Andijan–Samarkand–Khiva route has been organized for the guests.
