A man who had been evading alimony payments was found on a bus in the Beruniy district of the Republic of Karakalpakstan. This was reported to Zamon.uz by the information service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

 

It is noted that in the proceedings of the Beruniy district department of the Compulsory Enforcement Bureau, based on an enforcement document from the Beruniy Interdistrict Court on Civil Cases, alimony collection was established from debtor A.Yo. for the support of his two children under the care of the claimant J.Ch.

 

Since the alimony payments were not made on time each month by the debtor, and to ensure the execution of the enforcement document, officers visited the debtor's registered address several times, but it was determined that the debtor was not at that address.

 

Therefore, a search was declared for him by the state enforcement officer of the Beruniy district department of the Compulsory Enforcement Bureau.

 

The search division staff of the Compulsory Enforcement Bureau of the Republic of Karakalpakstan determined that the debtor was hiding at his second wife's house in the To'rtko'l district and traveling back and forth to the Beruniy district, and a plan to apprehend the debtor was developed.

 

On March 25 of this year, the debtor boarded a bus on the To'rtko'l-Beruniy route from the To'rtko'l district, and the bus was monitored by rapid response officers.

 

The bus was stopped at a designated stop in the center of Beruniy district according to the established plan, and the debtor was apprehended there by the Beruniy district officers of the bureau.

 

Currently, the debtor's alimony debt amounts to 28 million soums, and the issue of his liability is being considered.
