A bus hit a pedestrian in Tashkent.

A road traffic accident involving a "Man" brand bus and a pedestrian occurred on Shota Rustaveli Street in Yakkasaroy district. Official information was provided by "Toshshahartransxizmat".
It is reported that the incident occurred on April 2 at around 12:41 on Sh. Rustaveli Street in Yakkasaroy district.
The driver, M.A., of a "Man" brand bus with state license plate 01 /902 OJA and depot number 011, belonging to the "Bus Depot No. 5" branch, was traveling along the dedicated bus lane (BRT) from the direction of "Southern Railway Station" towards "Bobur" Street when he struck pedestrian R.Z., who was crossing the road in violation of traffic rules.
Driver M.A. provided first aid to passenger R.Z. and immediately called for an ambulance. The ambulance team that arrived at the scene took Z.R. to the hospital. According to doctors' preliminary information, pedestrian R.Z. has been diagnosed with a concussion and is currently under medical supervision.
Regarding this incident, the Tashkent City Department of Internal Affairs' Directorate for Investigation of Transport Accidents is conducting a pre-investigation check.
