For the first time, the "Youth Spring" forum has started in Tashkent.
A major forum in the field of culture and art has begun with the participation of over 600 talented youth.

The first "Youth Spring" forum for talented creative youth is being organized for the first time in Tashkent city from April 1-4, 2026. This was reported by a Zamon.uz correspondent.

More than 600 talented young people aged 14 to 35, who are studying and working in the field of culture and art in our country, are participating in this forum, being held on the initiative of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The grand opening ceremony of the forum took place on April 1 at the "Renaissance" cinema house in the capital. Within the framework of the event, a press conference was organized for media representatives, and a number of educational and motivational meetings were held on the first day of the forum. In particular, an open dialogue on promoting Uzbek culture abroad with People's Artist of Uzbekistan Ramiz Usmonov, motivational sessions with the participation of People's Artist of Uzbekistan Abdukhoshim Ismoilov and viner Akmal Mirzo, as well as a seminar-training on the topic "Image of Creative Youth" were held. More than 300 young people actively participated in these events. At the end of the day, participants were presented with 1-year Premium subscriptions to the "Mutolaa" and "Ibrat Farzandlari" mobile applications.

The four-day forum program includes comprehensive events for young creators. Specifically, it is planned to hold a song contest dedicated to the life and activities of Amir Temur, the "Good Mood" republican young askiya and comedian competition, the "Youth Spring" young opera performers festival, the "Folk Party" folklore groups festival, and the "Young Ballet Performers" republican competition. At the same time, seminar-trainings for young theater directors and actors, open dialogue meetings, master classes with experienced mentors, motivational sessions, a scientific-practical conference on the topic "Socio-cultural factors of supporting creative youth in New Uzbekistan", a "Sumalak Festival", as well as a final gala concert and award ceremony will also be organized.

The main goal envisaged by this forum is to identify talented young people active in the field of culture and art, further develop their creative potential, and strengthen the environment for mutual experience exchange and cooperation. At the same time, it is aimed at forming a network of professional creators among youth, increasing their activity in society, and creating a reserve of capable personnel to be involved in state-level events in the future.
For information, it is worth noting that this forum is being organized in accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PF-22 dated February 16, 2026. Based on this document, it is established to hold the "Youth Spring" and "Golden Autumn" forums for talented creative youth annually. Also, the forum is significant as it is being organized on the eve of April 15 — the Day of Culture and Art Workers.
