Trump promised to return Iran to the stone age.
The US leader announced that strong strikes will be delivered against Iran in the next two to three weeks.
In his address to the nation, the President of the United States stated that the U.S. military has almost completely accomplished the tasks set before it in the war with the Islamic Republic and that this war will end soon said.
"We have done everything for this. Their fleet has been destroyed. Their air force has been annihilated. Their missiles are almost finished, rendered inoperable. All of this weakens the strength of the Iranian army, deprives them of the ability to support terrorist groups, and eliminates their potential to create a nuclear bomb," said Trump.
"Within the next two to three weeks, we will deliver extremely powerful strikes against them. We will return them precisely to the Stone Age they deserve," he added.
The White House leader also emphasized that a regime change in Iran is not the goal of the United States.
