Pickpockets who disturbed the population in Kazakhstan have been caught.
The beggars clung to the belongings of passing citizens, trying to snatch them, and threw water and stones at those who did not give money.

A group of beggars who assaulted citizens and disrupted public order in Almaty has been identified and apprehended. This was reported by QRNews.
It is noted that recently, numerous complaints have been received on social networks regarding girls walking in the streets and parks of the city center. According to residents, they did not limit themselves to asking for money but showed aggression and intimidated people.
These individuals clung to the belongings of passing citizens, attempted to snatch them, and threw water and stones at those who did not give money.
They also tried to snatch and run away with bags from people sitting in public catering establishments. In some cases, violence against children and women was also recorded.
After videos and appeals spread on social networks, the suspects were detained by the police.
According to preliminary information, the detained minors were found to be citizens of Tajikistan. They have been placed in a juvenile adaptation center.
Furthermore, during the investigation, their legal representatives were held administratively liable for not properly fulfilling their obligations in raising their children.
Currently, the issue of deporting these individuals from the territory of Kazakhstan is being considered based on the country's migration legislation.
