"Find the father and formalize it" — Almazor district IIB officer

Abror Khudoyberdiev, an officer of the Olmazor District Department of Internal Affairs in Tashkent city, instructed prevention inspectors to find "targets" from the streets and issue administrative reports. This was reported by Kun.uz.

In audio and video recordings received by the publication, the official told employees that if they could not find targets, they or their relatives would have to be registered as "targets."

"Hey, prevention inspectors, I'm telling you again, the target count is zero! Shameless, aren't there any targets in Olmazor district? Get a target now! Everything is zero in the protocols: compulsory treatment placements are zero, targets are zero, your administrative reports are zero, administrative control is zero! What, have they run away from you, shameless! Come on, get at least one target. Take yourself, register as a target and lock up, take your relative and lock them up as a target! You will be the target!" — said the official.

Furthermore, the official stated in the video that there was little time left to fulfill the set plan and instructed all employees to go out onto the streets and issue a specified number of administrative reports.

"We have 1 hour left. The accounting will be at 22:00. I don't want to go. 'Come on,' let's 'gas it' now, we've reached 300, we have 200 protocols left, everyone get out on the street!" said Abror Khudoyberdiev in his instruction.

The press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, responding to the publication's inquiry regarding this incident, stated that the matter is being investigated.
