Special training courses for employees of internal affairs bodies have begun at the Academy of State Policy and Public Administration within the framework of implementing the tasks assigned at the videoconference meeting chaired by President Shavkat Mirziyoyev.

 

It is reported that the three-day sessions are aimed at improving employees' effective communication with the public, systematic resolution of appeals, as well as enhancing their professional and psychological preparedness.

 

Within the program, participants are studying modern approaches to working with citizens, preventing offenses, ensuring legality in investigative processes, and mechanisms for combating corruption.

 

Representatives of state bodies, the judicial-legal system, experts, and qualified professors-teachers are involved in the sessions. It is noted that the educational process is organized based on practical cases and simulation situations.

 

A videoconference meeting chaired by President Shavkat Mirziyoyev on March 13, 2026, was held regarding issues of improving the system for working with public appeals, bringing the activities of Public Reception Offices to a new stage, and conducting in-depth analysis of public opinion.

 

At this meeting, it was critically discussed that appeals related to the activities of internal affairs bodies are still being received in large numbers by the Virtual and Public Reception Offices, and in some cases, negative opinions are being expressed regarding the conduct and service activities of employees.
