Videos have circulated on social media showing a Cobalt driver in Andijan hitting children standing on the sidewalk. Regarding this incident, the Andijan Regional DIA officially provided information.

 

It is reported that the incident occurred on April 3, 2026, at 18:47 on Mustaqillik Street in the "Hamdo'stlik" neighborhood of Andijan city. The driver, born in 1995, while driving a Cobalt-branded car, hit two underage children standing by the roadside due to inattention.

 

As a result of the incident, the injured children received first medical aid and were examined by doctors. Currently, their health condition is good.

 

Regarding this case, documents for the administrative offense committed by an employee of the Andijan City DIA OFMB have been formalized, and investigative actions are being carried out.
