A teacher who abused children at a private kindergarten in Navoi has been arrested.

It was determined that the suspect had been regularly beating the children under his care.

A teacher who abused children at a private kindergarten in Navoi has been arrested.

A criminal case has been initiated against a teacher at a private preschool in Navoi city for cruel treatment of children. The regional Department of Internal Affairs reported this.

 

It is reported that after video messages showing the teacher of a private kindergarten in Navoi city torturing and slapping children were circulated, the Navoi Regional Department of Internal Affairs conducted urgent investigative actions regarding the incident. 

 

It was established that the incident occurred on April 7 of this year at a private kindergarten located in the "Yangiariq" neighborhood of Navoi city, under the leadership of citizen S.S.

 

According to preliminary information, E.N., born in 2003, who worked as a teacher at this institution, beat the children under her care under the pretext of "disciplining" them. 

 

Furthermore, during the investigation, it became known that the suspect, from March to April of this year, continuously tortured the children under her care by slapping them and using other acts of violence, taking advantage of their limited ability to defend themselves and their vulnerable state. 

 

Regarding this incident, a criminal case has been initiated against E.N. under Part 2 of Article 110 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan by the Investigation Department under the Navoi City Department of Internal Affairs, and the citizen has been detained as a suspect in accordance with procedural rules. 

 

Currently, preliminary investigative actions are being carried out.
