A hidden warehouse storing illegal drugs has been discovered in the Tashkent region. This was reported by the SSS.

 

It is reported that during a joint rapid operation by the SSS and Customs authorities, it was established that a person born in 1991, residing in the Tashkent district of the Tashkent region, had been storing drugs brought from abroad through informal channels in his residence and selling them to pharmacies in the capital.

 

A total of 76,318 units of drugs of 119 types, in 3,356 boxes, including "Frotu", "Budenofalk", "Gaviscon", "Baraclude", and others, were identified in the warehouse and officially seized in accordance with procedural rules. Their preliminary total value is approximately 1 billion soums.

 

Currently, samples of the drugs have been taken and sent to the Center for Pharmaceutical Product Safety for expert examination.

 

Investigative actions regarding the case are ongoing prior to the initiation of a criminal investigation.
