Shavkat Mirziyoyev reviewed the situation center in the Mirzo Ulugbek district of Tashkent city.

Shavkat Mirziyoyev reviewed the situation center in the Mirzo Ulugbek district of Tashkent city.

President Shavkat Mirziyoyev visited the administration of the Mirzo Ulugbek district of Tashkent city on April 23 and also familiarized himself with the situation center there. The presidential press service reported this.

It was noted that the head of state first went to see the bridge built over the Salar canal near the administration building, inspected the landscaping work in the area, and planted a sapling there.

After that, he familiarized himself with the conditions created in the district administration building.

According to information, the President served as the governor of the Mirzo Ulugbek district from 1992 to 1996 and made a great contribution to the socio-economic development of the area. In the administration building, the head of state was shown the service office and service car restored to their appearance from the period when he worked as governor. The most important decisions made by the head of state during his tenure as governor were put on display. During the tour, the President shared memories of his activities at that time.

Until now, 30 organizations in the Mirzo Ulugbek district, such as those for public safety, transport, social assistance, utilities, finance, and banking, were operating separately and in a scattered manner according to their own directions. The lack of a unified system was a major obstacle to promptly resolving citizens' appeals, causing unnecessary time and inconvenience.

Now, a situation center has been established in the administration, and the "Smart District" platform has been developed for analysis based on artificial intelligence, as well as for quickly identifying and solving problems. The opportunity has been created to communicate online with representatives of all mahallas in the district and to always be informed of the situation.

Here, social and utility problems are monitored, the execution of citizens' appeals is controlled, and the activities of relevant services are promptly managed and coordinated in emergency situations.

The "Safe District" system within the platform serves to monitor offenses and ensure public safety. The digital map of business entities is aimed at forecasting tax revenues and ensuring their collection based on artificial intelligence analysis. The "AI Attendance" system is important for eliminating cases of unexcused absences from school and preventing lack of supervision among minors.

Such platforms have also been launched in the Chilanzar, Shaykhontohur, and Almazar districts.

Shavkat Mirziyoyev familiarized himself with the activities of the situation center and gave instructions to implement this new system in the remaining districts of the capital. It was pointed out that all regional governors, prosecutors, and heads of internal affairs, security, and tax authorities must come to the Mirzo Ulugbek district to study this new system.
