A woman who killed her legal husband's wife and child in Sirdarya has been arrested.
A woman has been accused of intentional murder and placed in a pre-trial detention center.
In the city of Shirin, Syrdarya region, a woman was stabbed by her common-law husband's wife and two daughters, resulting in the death of the woman and her 5-year-old daughter, as reported.
Regarding this situation, the official information service of the Supreme Court provided an official statement.
According to the report, in the Shirin district court for criminal cases, the request of the Shirin city prosecutor to apply a preventive measure in the form of "arrest" against the accused N. X., charged with committing a crime under Article 97 (premeditated murder), Part 2, paragraphs "a", "v", "j" of the Criminal Code, was reviewed along with the submitted documents.
By the court's ruling dated April 30, 2026, the request was granted, and it was decided that the accused N. X. would be taken into custody and placed in a pre-trial detention facility.
