A video has circulated on social media showing minors dancing on the roof of a car on the roadway. The Tashkent City Internal Affairs Department has issued an official statement regarding this incident.

According to reports, the incident occurred on April 26 of this year at around 02:00 AM at the intersection of Amir Temur – Alisher Navoi and Alisher Navoi – Shahrisabz streets in the Yunusabad district. In the incident, several minors climbed onto the roof of a Nexia-2 car and danced in the middle of the road.

It was determined that the driver engaged with the minors, turned up the car's music volume, and facilitated their actions. As a result, an act of hooliganism on the road was committed.

In connection with this incident, an administrative protocol was drawn up against the driver under Part 1 of Article 128-prim 10 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility, and the car was impounded in a penalty parking lot.

According to information, the minors reside in the Surkhandarya region and were in Tashkent city without parental supervision. They have been sent to the Center for Social and Legal Assistance to Minors under the Surkhandarya Regional Internal Affairs Department.
