In Uzbekistan, the opportunity to obtain a medical certificate in form 086 online through the my.gov.uz portal has been created. This was reported on the Unified Portal's Telegram channel in a news post.

It is noted that previously, to obtain this document, citizens had to go to medical institutions and wait in line, but now the process has been digitized. The service is intended for applicants, job seekers, athletes, as well as individuals belonging to certain social categories.

To obtain the certificate, a citizen can log in to the my.gov.uz portal, select the relevant service through the "Healthcare" section, and download the document.

For the certificate to be generated on the portal, the citizen must have previously undergone a medical examination by doctors at the relevant medical institution. Once the doctors' conclusions are entered into the database, the opportunity to obtain the document remotely is created.
