The salaries of SSV employees have been increased.

The salaries of SSV management staff will be determined based on a new system. This was noted in the President's decree "On measures to improve management efficiency in the healthcare system."

 

The number of staff units for management personnel funded from the State Budget of the Ministry of Health, its territorial divisions, and subordinate organizations has been established as follows:

 

  • Central office of the Ministry of Health – 298 (including 1 first deputy minister and 5 deputy ministers);
  • Committee for Sanitary-Epidemiological Safety and Public Health – 68;
  • Agency for the Development of the Medical and Pharmaceutical Sector – 42;
  • Clinical Audit Inspectorate and its territorial divisions – 128;
  • Scientific Research Center for Population Health Analysis – 30;
  • Ministry of Health of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, regional and Tashkent city health departments – a total of 602, district (city) health departments – 18 each.

 

In this case, additional staff units allocated for the sector will be formed by optimizing 880 staff units from organizations within the system of the Committee for Sanitary-Epidemiological Safety and Public Health.

 

In accordance with the decree, the working conditions established for employees of the National Social Protection Agency will be applied to management staff of the Ministry of Health. In this regard:

 

  • for employees of the ministry's central office – the conditions for employees of the central office of the National Social Protection Agency;
  • for employees of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, regional and Tashkent city health departments – the conditions for employees of territorial departments of the National Social Protection Agency;
  • for employees of district (city) health departments – the conditions for employees of the "Inson" social service centers of the National Social Protection Agency;
  • for employees of the Clinical Audit Inspectorate and its territorial divisions – the conditions for employees of the Social Inspectorate under the National Social Protection Agency and its territorial departments;
  • for employees of the Scientific Research Center for Population Health Analysis – the wage grades and salary amounts established for employees of the Institute for Social Protection Development will be applied.
