The amount of taxes paid to Uzbekistan by Apple, Google, Meta, and other companies has been announced.
Foreign companies providing electronic services paid 81% more taxes in the first quarter of 2026 compared to the corresponding period of 2025.

The volume of taxes paid by foreign companies providing electronic services in Uzbekistan has sharply increased. The Tax Committee reported this.
According to the report, in the first quarter of 2026, 89 foreign IT and digital service companies operating in the country paid a total of 65.7 billion soums in taxes. This figure is 81 percent higher compared to the same period last year.

Apple took the lead in tax revenues — the company paid 16.1 billion soums in taxes.
The following positions were occupied by Google (14.9 billion soums) and Meta (13.9 billion soums).
Also included in the TOP-10 were Valve Corporation — 8 billion soums, OpenAI — 2.5 billion soums, and Anthropic — 1.5 billion soums as companies that paid taxes.
The list also includes Midasbuy (1.3 billion soums), TikTok (868.3 million soums), Booking.com (694.7 million soums), and Netflix (570.4 million soums).
According to the current procedure, foreign legal entities providing electronic services in Uzbekistan must submit tax reports and pay taxes no later than the 20th day of the month following each quarter.
