22.5 kilometers of the "Jo‘yzar" canal will be concreted — Saida Mirziyoyeva

Head of the Administration of the President of Uzbekistan Saida Mirziyoyeva visited the "Jo‘yzar" canal and the regional puppet theater in Bukhara as reported.
It was reported that at a meeting with the participation of the leadership of Bukhara region and its districts, the issue of concreting a 22.5-kilometer section of one of the oldest canals in the republic – the "Jo‘yzar" canal – was discussed. This will prevent the wastage of 12 million cubic meters of water per year.
Special attention was also paid to cultural facilities, in particular, the reconstruction of the Bukhara Puppet Theater and the S. Ayniy Theater, and plans for developing tourism infrastructure were reviewed.
