On June 6, 2026, at 13:40, a Yutong electric bus hit a pedestrian in the Bektemir district of Tashkent. This was reported by the press service of "Toshshahartransxizmat" JSC in a statement.

 

According to the report, the electric bus, driven by Sh.N., was reversing in the area of the "Qo'yliq dehqon bozori" market complex when it struck pedestrian A.K.

 

As a result of the incident, the pedestrian died at the scene due to the injuries sustained.

 

The traffic accident was officially documented in accordance with established procedures by the responsible officers of the Tashkent City Internal Affairs Department's Investigation Division.
