A section of the Chirchiq River bank collapsed in Tashkent.
As a result of the incident, nearby buildings and structures, other facilities, and residential homes were not damaged.

A partial collapse occurred on the bank of the Chirchiq River, located in the Bektemir district of Tashkent city. The Tashkent city administration reported this.
According to reports, the incident was observed on June 11 at around 14:00 on the concrete lining of the right bank of the Chirchiq River, near the water structure (waterfall), flowing through the territory of the "Nurafshon" MFY in the Bektemir district.
Employees of the Tashkent city administration, the Main Department of Emergency Situations of Tashkent city, and other responsible services arrived at the scene and are taking prompt measures to eliminate the situation.
Additionally, a special interagency task force has been established to coordinate bank reinforcement works.
According to official information, no damage was caused to nearby buildings, structures, other facilities, or residential homes as a result of the incident. There is currently no danger to citizens.
The Tashkent city administration and responsible agencies have stated that the situation is fully under control.
