Two people died as a result of a traffic accident in the Uzbekistan district of Fergana region. The regional traffic police department reported this.

 

According to the report, the incident occurred on June 14 at around 13:30 on the 21st kilometer of the D-098 "Kokand–Yaypan–Isfara" highway.

 

A Lacetti-2 car driven by a woman born in 2008 violated the overtaking rule, entered the oncoming lane, and collided with a FAW Tiger truck traveling in its direction.

 

As a result, the driver of the Lacetti-2 and a passenger born in 2007, who was in the car, died in the hospital.

 

Regarding this incident, pre-investigation checks are being carried out by the Internal Affairs Department of the Uzbekistan district.
