Shavkat Mirziyoyev warmly congratulated Vladimir Putin and the friendly Russian people on the national holiday – Russia Day. The letter emphasizes that this auspicious date reflects the rich spiritual heritage of the Russian people and their aspiration for comprehensive development. 

 

"Today, the bilateral relations between our countries are consistently expanding, and interregional and humanitarian cooperation is gaining new momentum. The recent high-level negotiations held in St. Petersburg once again confirmed the traditional friendship between the two states. 

 

I am confident that the agreements reached will serve as a solid foundation for further deepening the relations of friendship and mutually beneficial cooperation between Uzbekistan and Russia, and for realizing the enormous potential of multifaceted partnership for the prosperity of our countries and peoples," the congratulatory letter states.
