MB has announced the top 10 banks that received the most complaints from clients.
According to the Central Bank, this index does not assess the bank's financial stability or reliability.

The Central Bank has published a ranking of the 10 banks with the most negative complaint records based on the results of the first quarter of 2026. Half of the banks included in the ranking are state-owned.
"Biznesni rivojlantirish banki" was recorded as the bank receiving the most complaints from customers. It is followed by "Anorbank", "Mikrokreditbank", "AVO bank", and "TBC bank".
The list also includes the following banks:
- "Davr bank";
- "Tenge bank";
- "Asaka bank";
- "Turon bank";
- "Agrobank".

The regulator stated that the ranking was compiled with the aim of protecting consumer rights and improving the quality of banking services. The list is formed based on appeals received by the Central Bank and other government agencies regarding the activities of banks.
It is noted that a high proportion of complaints relative to the number of customers indicates insufficient explanations provided to customers regarding bank products and services, failure to provide timely and quality responses to appeals, persistence of systemic shortcomings causing repeated complaints, unresolved issues related to remote services, payments, loans, and other banking operations in a timely manner, as well as the need to further improve internal control mechanisms for protecting consumer rights and legitimate interests.
The Central Bank has recommended that these banks conduct a thorough analysis of the causes of complaints and eliminate the factors leading to repeated grievances.
It also highlighted the need to improve complaint handling processes, enhance the quality of customer service, and strengthen internal control mechanisms. Additionally, it recommended expanding preventive measures aimed at protecting consumer rights.
According to the Central Bank, this index does not assess the financial stability or reliability of a bank. It only reflects the proportion of complaints received relative to the number of customers. The index is not calculated for banks that received fewer than 100 complaints during the quarter.
Earlier, it was reported that banks would be fined for interruptions and malfunctions in cash withdrawals from ATMs.
